Job Description

• Act as main focal point to drive all aspects of ATM product line service
• Schedule ATM replenishment and coordinate special orders
• Respond to customer requests/service concerns
• Manage exceptions and conduct follow up investigations of settlement exceptions/variances
• Supply product expertise to support sales and marketing efforts
• Manage ATM route efficiencies through training and applying Best Practices
• Train truck employees (mandatory three-phase ATM Messenger training)
• Conduct periodic audits and reviews to ensure procedural and training compliance
• Establish and maintain effective business relationships with corporate product leadership, regional and branch staff
• Provide monthly performance reports to Regional Product Line Manager
• Conduct various random audits in accordance with prescribed guidelines (Business Rules, GSR)

Job Requirements

• Demonstrated ATM industry experience including settlement experience with multiple machine types
• Knowledge of ATM reconciliation procedures
• Demonstrated experience investigating/resolving ATM settlement differences
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Demonstrated training experience/ability
• Ability to work independently
• Demonstrated computer literacy with proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, Access DB, Email applications
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Ability to travel throughout the customer service area
• Ability to obtain local weapons and drivers licenses
