JOB SUMMARY

The Brinks Company is looking for a Director of Digital Marketing and Communications to own and manage the Digital Marketing Strategy and support the local country teams to execute Digital Marketing enablement.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

The Director of Digital Marketing and Communications will be responsible for managing and enhancing the digital marketing channels and platforms for Brinks Company on a global scale in conjunction with the local marketing teams. This role will work closely with agencies and managers to drive Digital marketing by reviewing marketing automation tools, promoting new products and services, and working with product and creative teams regarding execution. This position combines strategic and tactical expertise in developing and leading digital marketing and communications initiatives and campaigns with superb leadership qualities to mentor, coach, and build strong relationships organization- and enterprise-wide. This individual will possess a strategic thinking, problem-solving mentality, strong digital online community and campaign organizing abilities with technical knowledge of marketing automation tools and capabilities. This position is responsible for the governance and management of digital marketing content, campaigns and tools in partnership with local teams on a glob al basis.

Job Requirements



SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Master’s Degree with a minimum of 10 years of Digital Marketing experience, marketing automation, campaign management, customer communications and organizational leadership.
• High level of diplomacy and tact with an enthusiastic desire for achievement
• Exceptional communications/interpersonal skills with a collaborative style to clearly articulate ideas, frame challenges, highlight opportunities, and offer solutions.
• Develop and implement an annual digital marketing and communications strategy.
• Outstanding presentation and communication skills with the ability to deliver the right message to the right audience
• Ability to quickly understand the current state of digital marketing and develop steps to achieve milestones with the vision for the future state
• Work with other members of the digital marketing team and stakeholders to develop, maintain, and implement a digital marketing strategy in support of key organizational initiatives, positioning, customer requirements, and products.
• Establish digital engagement metrics: use Web/portal network data and tracking systems to compile online engagement reports and monitor activity/success for digital campaigns and marketing
• Keep abreast of emerging trends and technologies, oversee interactions with IT and other internal stakeholders to ensure smooth implementations.
• Serve as an enterprise-wide resource and knowledge manager.
• Self-motivated, determined, and able to work under own initiative
• Proven experience engaging and growing consumer interest via digital channels.
• Strong track record of managing global Web properties, external and internal.
• Expertise in Web optimization and Web analytics, marketing, communications and creating multi-channel user journeys to acquire, activate, and retain customers.
• Other duties as assigned.
