Job Summary:
The District Inventory and Audit Manager is responsible to provide field level and centralized  support to ensure all inventory differences are identified, researched, cleared within a specified time period. In addition, the position has responsibility to mitigate any identified audit deficiencies that are noted by Corporate and US Audit teams by providing training and sustainment support.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct daily review of all inventory differences; work with and in field to research and resolve out of balance conditions
• Mitigate any audit deficiencies noted during Corporate or US Audit reviews
o Train field operations on standard operating processes linked to any deficiencies found
o Ensure any open audit issues are closed by showing evidence of required sustainment
• Ensure all external audit findings are cleared to the satisfaction of external customer auditors

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:
• 3 – 5  years of reconcilement experience
• 3 – 5 years of research experience
• 3 – 5 years of banking operations background preferably in a Vault Operation
