Job Summary:  
The Management Reporting Analyst is responsible for overseeing, creating, and managing all standardized reporting for the FP&A function and SG&A leadership.  The analyst will communicate and collaborate with offshore teams for any needs from the offshore teams as it relates to standardized and monthly reporting requirements. This role will serve as the subject matter expert for management reporting and all related requests for report building and template maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and Distribute Reports
o Prepare monthly reports according to documented schedules and deadlines
o Distribute reports according to distribution lists
o Maintain reporting templates and update when necessary
o Maintain reporting distribution lists and update when necessary
o Create and maintain instruction guides for all standardized and monthly reports
o Prepare and distribute ad hoc reports based on management requirements
o Perform regular maintenance and testing on production reports
• Design Data Management and Reporting Tools
o Identify and define new process improvement opportunities for reporting
o Analyze and validate reporting results for accuracy and business requirements.
o Develop standards in accordance with SOX requirements
o Maintain and update hierarchies in Essbase
• Collaborate with Business Teams and Leadership
o Work closely with management to prioritize reporting and information needs
o Train users of reports on use and interpretation of reports
o Develop new standardized templates as needed
 Includes Excel, Oracle, Essbase, and other related systems
o Conduct cross-organizational self-service reporting training for business users.
o Partner with Senior Financial Analysts and centralized reporting teams to align to existing consistent reporting processes, data elements, and governance policies.

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 - 4 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience creating and maintaining complex financial models in MS-Excel
• Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance
Preferred Qualifications:
• Strong Excel, Microsoft Suite and modeling skills
• Exposure to large databases; and proven ability to deliver analytics
• Exposure to Oracle, Hyperion Essbase, and Smartview
• Exposure to large operating environment; preferably with diverse geographic locations
• Experience owning and contributing to processes and/or portions of processes
• Knowledgeable of the generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
• CPA, CMA desired
