Job Summary:  
The Inside Sales Representative - is responsible for generating New Business in a specified annualized revenue range. The opportunity to contract new business by understanding the customers’ need for Armored Car Service, ATM, Money Processing, Global Services and CompuSafe (as well as other product offerings as they become available).
Key Responsibilities:
• Sign new business by converting leads and prospecting new business
• Listen actively, ask strategic questions, analyze customer data, and interpret and address customer needs
• Negotiate increased  service rates to positively impact product margins
• Explore the opportunity to become the sole source service provider by aligning customer growth plans and delivering a level of service excellence
• Report, record and communicate market developments/trends that will assist in sales
• Complete month-end reporting and participate in meetings
• Assist with special projects and the mentoring of new team members
• Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years inside business-to-business sales experience
• Minimum of 1 year contract negotiation and pricing experience
• Proficient in Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast paced customer centric environment
• Highly motivated and goal driven
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience building relationships at all levels of the organization
• Experience in the financial or retail industries
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Bachelor’s Degree
