Brink’s is a premier provider of armored car transportation, currency and coin processing, ATM servicing and other value added services to financial institutions, retailers and other commercial and government entities.  The company has a proud history of providing growth and advancement opportunities for its employees.  We have a challenging opportunity for a Senior Compensation Manager – Rewards and HR Analytics, at our U.S. Headquarters, located in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.

Job Summary:
The position is responsible for providing compensation and analytic reporting for HR dashboards and incentive plan administration direction in one of the following areas:  Sales plan administration, Field bonus plan administration, Corporate bonus plan administration, and working with SOX and Internal Controls to ensure accuracy of data calculations and reporting. In addition this role will be responsible for HR dashboard reporting within workday and also offline dashboard reporting for key HR metrics across the organization.  

Key Responsibilities:
 Create monthly business scorecards that will drive incentive plan calculations
 Develop and maintain field bonus calculator for field bonus employees to monitor their incentive plan payouts.
 Work with finance to manage accrual costs for bonus plan administration and provide monthly trend reports on bonus spend.
 Manage bonus statement creation for incentive plan administration and also issuance of bonus target letters.
 Conduct incentive plan evaluations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of the bonus plans being administered.  
 Conduct market benchmark analysis to ensure incentive plans are aligned to market practice from a total rewards perspective.    
 Anticipate and respond to customer’s needs in a manner that provides added value and generates significant customer value.  Partner with internal customers to help them determine how to access and interpret meaningful information for decision-making.
 Partner with Internal Controls to ensure full compliance with internal, external, legal and regulatory standards and requirements. Work with the SOX compliance team to ensure bonus plan administration follows the required regulatory guideline.
 Design and manage HR dashboard reporting for organization creating executive leadership reporting in workday and other HRIS systems.
 Provide project management and compensation support on other Rewards initiatives and
 Document process using six sigma tools and work to build continuous improvement into the incentive plan administration, HR analytics and Rewards processes.
 Deliver power point presentations to executives and create power point summary presentations

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of broad Compensation, incentive plan administration, or HR analytics experience
• CCP or GRP preferred
• Advanced reporting, problem solving, analytic skills, strong comfort level with technology, MS Excel
• Workday experience preferred

Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Human Resources, or equivalent degree.
• Strong knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley
• HRIS software experience preferred (Workday, PeopleSoft)
• Excellent Microsoft Excel (proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills with high attention to detail required

Professional Skills:
• Experience with procedural and/or process recommendations
• Ability to work with all levels to identify and fix problems
• Strong working experience and knowledge of internal control concepts
• Excellent analytic skills with data sets and accuracy of calculations
• Ability to review and process large volumes of confidential employee data
• Detail oriented with the ability to use excel to calculate and administer incentive plans
• Strong communication skills to communicate and design rewards statements and communicate incentive plans to employees
