Job Summary:

The Associate Recruiter is responsible for sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting phone screens and scheduling hiring manager interviews to fill high-volume, hourly positions such as Driver, Messenger, and Cash Processor. The successful candidate would use traditional and nontraditional resources as needed, such as an applicant tracking system, Indeed and CareerBuilder, hiring events, job fairs, and other creative sourcing methods to identify and attract quality candidates to the secure cash logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities
• Continuously build a talent pipeline: source, assess, and conduct in-depth phone interviews
• Plan and execute creative and effective sourcing strategies to find talent that is in high demand
• Precisely screen applicant resumes based on hiring managers’ requirements
• Schedule candidates for interviews and create a welcoming environment
• Participate in hiring events / job fairs, information sessions and special recruiting events as needed
• Maintain the integrity of recruiting reports and applicant tracking
• Screening candidates and submitting to site / hiring manager

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:
• Minimum 1-2 years proven experience reviewing resumes, sourcing active and passive talent in a high-volume environment
• Minimum of 1-2 years proven experience utilizing ATS and online job boards

Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Recruiting experience in the logistics / transportation industry a plus
• In-depth knowledge of Boolean searches, Indeed and CareerBuilder searches and an understanding of current industry trends, best practices and employment labor laws

Professional Skills:
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Judgment and tact to maintain / disseminate data that is of a confidential or sensitive nature
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal; customer service skills, courtesy and tact
