Job Summary:  
The Contract Administrator is responsible for the input, update and maintenance of all customers and contracts in the centralized Contracts Administration database.  

Key Responsibilities:
• Set up, review and modify contracts in Oracle Contracts Management
• Assist Sales in Contract Creation
• Create contract header in Oracle Contracts Management
• Ensure integrity of the data
• Respond to inquiries from Sales, Operations and Finance regarding contract specifics
• Handle escalations, report on cause and resolution
• Become proficient in the customer upload process
• Ensure all deadlines are met while maintaining quality standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements



Minimum Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of related work experience

Preferred Qualifications:
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience with Oracle contracts management in E-Business Suite (R12/EBS)
• Work in a large corporate setting

Professional Skills:
• Strong consultative, analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal/communication and presentation skills
