Job Summary:  
The Contract Manager is responsible for providing strategic and tactical direction in the management of a centralized customer contract function.  This position will manage a team of Contract Administrators who are to perform all functions required to ensure timely and accurate input, update and maintenance of all customer contracts.  In addition, the incumbent will manage the maintenance of customer servicing locations and the contracts administration database, ensuring that all pricing and business intelligence information is accurate and reflective of current company structure.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership and vision by developing strategic short-term business planning that aligns with company goals, with full accountability for achievement of plan objectives
• Ensure that the Brink’s US contract set up function and other projects are consistent with the organization's established policies and objectives
• Direct the development and implementation of standards, policies, procedures, guidelines, training materials and/or general communications for US employees and matrixed off-shore employees
• Perform service contracts main billing function
• Work effectively with internal partners regarding contract requirements
• Partner with internal and outsourced departments to understand and eliminate procedural gaps; using audits, surveys or informal information gathering, follow up to ensure that employees understand and apply internal guidelines appropriately
• Manage Service Level Agreements
• Manage specialized programs and tasks, including the Fuel Surcharge Program, the Contracts Auto Extension Program, the Anniversary Uplift Program and the January Uplift Program
• Recruit, retain, coach and motivate a skilled team of contract administrators to drive operational excellence
• Develop Key Performance Indicators to effectively manage contract functions
• Perform other duties as assigned or necessary

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:
• Minimum of 6 years managing billing functions of varying degrees of complexity
• Minimum of 3 years experience leading a billing team
• Minimum of 2 years using Microsoft Project, Visio, Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience working on a minimum of 1 Finance Shared Services project

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience managing offshore/outsourced resources
• Demonstrated success in process improvements
• Experience with PeopleSoft Financials
• Experience with GAAP and Sarbanes Oxley
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business administration or 10 years equivalent work experience
