Job Summary:  
This position is responsible for IT Sourcing area, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all service/sourcing records throughout the lifecycle, with close collaboration with internal customers. The incumbent also handles sourcing transactions and facilitates day-to-day administration of Quotes, Purchase Orders and Invoices. Process purchases of all requests from IT related to equipment, software and services. Elaborates financial analysis and reports as required, to track sourcing activities.  

Key Responsibilities:

• Process purchase and renewal of IT products and services as required by NA organization
• Purchase  IT equipment and peripherals for Brink’s operations NA
• Fulfill Service Now tickets (TASK) created for IT Procurement (BTAC or Operations management)
• Create Service Now tickets (INCIDENT) for Desktop Support for IT related purchases and deployment
• Understand customer processes and needs and is able to respond to a wide variety of special customer requests and inquiries
• Submit vendor RFQ for IT budget & planning
• Generate and release PO; managing the request from approval through delivery in ticket tracking system including communication with client
• Work with customer, sales, support and other resources to provide deliverables to enhance customer relationships and meet customer expectations
• Fixed Asset CER portal; monitor and submit change request for workflow, pricing, product
• Review, code vendor invoices and queue into ePMO system for approval and payment
• Manage BR001 GL Account 267000 and process monthly reconciliation with finance
• Asset transfers; update finance via intercompany invoice reporting
• Intercompany invoice reporting capital asset spend and operations IT expenditures
• Facilitate NA fixed asset decommission and disposal. Report decommissioned equipment to Fixed Assets/Finance
• Perform other duties as assigned or necessary

Job Requirements



Minimum Qualifications:
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a Finance/IT environment
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the retail/banking industry

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience supporting customer relationships in a financial, banking, or package logistics setting
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple competing projects
• Skilled in managing to metrics
• Capable of creative solution-generation

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
• Advanced change management skills
• Advanced analytical, financial modeling and critical reasoning skills
