Brink’s is a premier provider of armored car transportation, currency and coin processing, ATM servicing and other value added services to financial institutions, retailers and other commercial and government entities.  The company has a proud history of providing growth and advancement opportunities for its employees.  We have a challenging opportunity for a Cash Vault Service Solution Manager.

The Cash Vault Service Solution Manager, is responsible participating in the sales process and enabling the implementation activities following the sale. The position collaborates with Sales, Product Innovation, Implementations, Product Ops Support, and Technical Support to ensure all aspects of the sale is vetted to ensure the needs of the customer is met, and that the organization is capable of delivering the services confidently and flawlessly. The position will provide subject matter expertise during the sales process, interpreting the needs of the customers and recommending the best solutions.  

Key Responsibilities:
• Proactively participate in the sales process making recommendations for products that optimize solutions for the customer and the organization.
• Lead discussion with potential customers during the sales process
• Ensure all customer requirements are well documented and understood; ensure completion of customer level processing guidelines and procedures
• Document and detail all processes that will be provided to potential and existing customers to facilitate appropriate costing and subsequent pricing for service offering.
• Ensure collateral marketing materials are available for CVS offerings
• Actively participate in customer strategic sessions understanding current and future needs so as to anticipate offerings or development of offerings

Job Requirements



Minimum Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations, product management, supply chain or marketing or banking
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with MS Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:
• Strong project management skills and the ability to effectively manage competing priorities and duties in a deadline driven environment.
• Work effectively in a diverse work environment.
• Good communication skills to enable effective interaction with IT, Sales, Product Directors, Customers and other support groups.
• Demonstrated analytical, planning, problem solving and decision making skills
• Outstanding detail-orientation and organizational skills
• Knowledge of cash vault operations, systems, policies and procedures and generally accepted bank accounting practices – general ledger and cash accounts
• Ability to interface with all levels of management

Professional Skills:
• BA or BS degree in business, marketing, engineering or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in operations, product management, supply chain or systems management
• Prior project/product management experience
