Job Summary:
The Director ATM Compliance is responsible to provide centralized guidance and education around ATM servicing expectations, risk controls, and ATM operating system designs/processes for all branches/regions. The role will lead expectation conversations with the customer and support other product related tasks.

The position requires the ability to collaborate with all Product Teams, Sales Team and Operations Team to ensure Product Line objectives are met.  Communicate and provide expertise/guidance in product-related processes and procedures for activities at all levels to ensure effective and efficient execution of product processes. Training and education is key to the success of this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide expertise and guidance in ATM product-related processes and procedures (daily)
• Business owner for Brinks ATM operating systems: BAMS/ Cencon/ LMS (weekly)
• Support business objectives related to product line, serve as a product consultant and point of escalation for ATM issues and contractual review (daily)
• Ensure that operational policies, procedures, workflows and reporting formats for product line are established and maintained (daily)
• Achieve results by communicating and working across functions and teams both inside and outside of Brinks (weekly)
• Share knowledge and best practices with team, customers, and other groups, including documentation and training (weekly)
• Settlement process review/design for ATM. Improve processes directed toward reducing costs, improving cycle time, increasing sales/gross profit, and enhancing customer satisfaction (weekly)
• Be liaison between Brinks Claims Department/ Branch Operations/ and Customer for variance resolution/root cause fixes (daily)
• Perform other duties as assigned or necessary
• Travel as needed

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:
• 7  years of reconcilement experience
• 5  years of research experience
• 5   years of operations background preferably in a Vault Operation
• 2   years of experience as direct manager over P&L and multiple personnel
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Project Management
• Lean certification
Professional Skills:
• Strong consultative, analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal/communication and presentation skills
• Detail oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
• Solutions oriented
• Good organizational skills and planning
