Job Summary:  
The revenue specialist will be the front line person to work directly with the operating branches to ensure full capture of all revenue in all lines of business and to reduce and eliminate customer credit memos.  Approximately 50% of their time will be spent reviewing revenue reporting, identifying leakage and correcting those errors.  The other 50% will be spent reviewing the front end transactions to ensure that billing gets into the system accurately to begin with.  This applies to all lines of business.  This will mean working side by side with branch management to identify the issues, train them and provide consistent feedback.  The specialist will report to the Finance Directors with a dotted line to the District Vice President.

Key Responsibilities:
• Obtain and Review ALL branch manual billing (Coin/CIT)
• Review daily the Revenue by branch during month end- research any discrepancies
• Answer branch month end questions related to revenue with support of Finance Director
• Participate in the EOM revenue call with Invoicing team
• Complete month end Revenue Analysis by branch as required by BCO- share results with branches, Finance Director  and District Vice President
• Review and complete analysis of top 5 credit memos by branch- share results with branches, Finance Director  and District Vice President
• Review and document the weekly ITrack Risk Dashboard completely for all assigned branches
• Ensure weekly that branches are closing routes timely, performing End of Day in itrack, and closing HEAT tickets timely
• Create and share with each branch the Revenue/Profitability By Branch CIT report
• Review Monthly Coin Billing Report by Type
• Ad Hoc projects as assigned by Finance Director, District Vice President or Branch
• Quarterly in branch audits with cash room and coin room to ensure all work being done is being captured
• Review customer contracts to validate correct pricings and services
• Research and respond to customer and branch inquiries
• Provide regular and consistent training and feedback to field on proper transactional procedures as it relates to revenue and use of any of the revenue reporting available to them
• Build and maintain strong working relationships all branch leadership in their assigned zones
• Participate on regular branch, district and finance related calls

Job Requirements



Minimum Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3 years of billing or accounting experience
• Minimum of 2 years of Microsoft Excel experience, ability to work at an intermediate level (understanding of formulas, pivot table, filters etc)
• High School graduate/GED
• This position will be required to office daily out of a Brinks location closest to the employees home
• This position will require travel within the employees assigned zone on a regular basis to provide training and feedback to branch leadership

Preferred Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience using EBS
• 2+ years of experience using iTrack
• Strong experience performing reconciliations
• Experience handling difficult customer situations

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Must be self-motivated and able to work with little direct managerial supervision
