Job Summary:
Assist the Billing Manager in providing customized invoicing to financial and government bid customers in accordance with customer requirements/standards.  Meet required invoice submission deadlines, along with ensuring accurate invoicing and thorough review/audit of preliminary invoice data and making necessary refinements and adjustments.  Maintain high level of customer service with external customers and other departments within the company.  Assist in ensuring excellent payment turnaround and the timely reconciliation of submitted invoices.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and submit in customer specified formats for various monthly electronic billings. Mainly consisting of customers pertaining to, but limited to, financial and government bids.
• Work with external customers and employees to resolve invoicing issues and make the necessary corrections and resubmission of invoices required for payment.
• Electronically submit PDF or customize formatted invoices on the web
• Working closely with bid department to ensure proper PO/Contracts are billed & submitted to bid customers.
• Assist in billing projects for auditing purposes, such as matching in house & external systems.
• Other duties as assigned, such as phones and assisting other departments with billing issues.

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:
• High school diploma.  College coursework a plus.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel a plus with basic Access and Word skills.
• Must be organized and have great to attention to detail
• Must be a self starter, work with minimum supervision, and be pro-active in resolving issues/problems.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and requests for information.
• Ability to analyze large amounts of data, identifies errors, and determines necessary courses of action to correct issues/problems.
• Excellent oral & written communication skills and customer service.
• Ability to interact with different departments and diverse levels of personnel throughout the organization.
