Job Summary:
The facilities equipment supervisor is responsible for overseeing and assisting in the completion of the day-today activities involving the maintenance of the Tractor Trailer equipment and machinery.  This position requires maintenance of 100 plus OTR trailers.


Key Responsibilities:
• Develops and maintains a preventative maintenance schedule program for applicable equipment and machinery.
• Arranges for and manages appropriate third-party contractor support as needed.  
• Responsible for managing inventory
• Prepares budgets and secures estimates and cost quotes as needed.
• Enforces sound safety and housekeeping practices.
• Maintain equipment to high standards
• Assist in armoring of vehicles
• Ensure DOT regulations are followed and maintained

Job Requirements



Minimum Qualifications:
• Valid Driver's License
• General Mechanic knowledge and understanding
• At least 18 years of age
• Able to work 40 hours a week
• Ability to pass application for firearms licensing
• Able to lift at least 75 pounds continuously
• Available evenings and weekends when needed

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior Experience in OTR fleet maintenance
• Prior Experience with Auto Body and Paint
• Prior Experience dismounting and mounting tires
