Job Description



The Compliance analyst resides within the IT Governance, Risk, and Compliance Program and supports the Global Compliance Program. This includes assistance with IT SOX Global Compliance efforts.

Job Requirements



• Coordinate audits to ensure timely completion, while maintaining positive and collaborative relationship with all levels of management, consultants, and internal and external auditors.
• Assist with gap analyses and implementation efforts of SOX ITGCs
• Work directly with Control and Process Owners to ensure to ensure timely execution of audit requests
• Monitor remediation efforts to ensure timely resolution, tracking using GRC platform
• Prepare reports of audit status, audit findings, and remediation plans using GRC platform by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, benchmarking state-of the-art practices
• Assist GRC team with ad hoc projects as required
Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
• Baseline understanding of  SOX Compliance
• 0-2 years of compliance experience, preferably in IT
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio)
