Job Summary
The Manager, Talent Acquisition is responsible for supervising a staff of Talent Acquisition Recruiters while developing and implementing recruitment strategies for the assigned areas or jobs. In this role, the incumbent will act as the primary recruiting contact for key client groups regarding specific candidates and meet diversity, gender, and other recruiting and sourcing goals as required.

Key Responsibilities
* Supervise a staff of 18 to 25 Talent Acquisition Recruiters.  
*  On-going development and improvement of Brink's Field Operations Talent Acquisition practice to provide a consistent, high quality candidate and hiring leader experience.
* Coach team to provide proactive, timely, cost-effective full-cycle recruitment and screening methodologies to attract qualified candidates to the Brink's U.S. Field Operations (sourcing talent through the hiring process).
* Develop and deploy a variety of recruiting methods and strategies, including web technology, employee referrals and networking.
* Ongoing development of the Field Operations Talent Acquisition Team.  Actively partner with direct reports to establish objectives and on-going performance management of team.  
* Lead, educate, and coach hiring leaders in support of the company's candidate selection methodology.  Provide subject matter expertise to assigned team to stretch performance on an ongoing basis.   
* Establish and measure Recruiter time-to-fill requirements performance metrics in relation to effective talent sourcing methodologies and ROI.
* Build relationships with management to develop & establish recruiting strategies to support multiple business units.
* Ensure all compliance and regulatory guidelines are acheived (AA/EEOC compliance).
* Perform other duties as assigned or necessary.

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:
* 3 plus years of Talent Acquisition field operations experience, managing a team of Recruiters, in one of more of the following industries: Staffing/Agency Recruitment; Banking ; Retail; Manufacturing/Production; Money Processing; Transportation/Logistics; or similar industry in support of delivering high volume talent to an organization.
* Bachelor of Arts/Science degree and/or equivalent experience.
* Demonstrated experience in developing, managing, and successfully achieving recruiting metrics for an assigned team of Talent Acquisition Recruiters.
* 3 plus years of experience developing Talent Acquisition/Recruitment methodologies in support of attracting high volume, high quality talent to an organization.
* Excellent knowledge in process improvement methodologies.
* Demonstrated ability to develop strong relationships with assigned business units.
