Job Summary:
Brink’s is seeking a Marketing Coordinator with a specialization in graphic design, web design and motion graphics. This role is responsible for supporting and promoting the Brink’s brand through creative design and strategy. This individual will help provide high-end, conceptual design to further the development of the Brink’s brand and marketing efforts. As a part of the Brink’s Marketing Team, you will partner with other creative team members, including a copywriter, to create on-brand content for current and prospective customers. In this role you'll help shape our brand, customer experience, and business by creating designs for our external/internal marketing and customer communications programs.
The ideal candidate for this position has a strong ability to interpret business objectives into compelling visual content that engages with target customer personas. Additionally, candidates should be comfortable managing a national brand presence in a fast-paced and collaborative work environment. This position is responsible for producing graphic design work for print, digital, video and web media. He/She must be a self-starter and be able to work on various projects simultaneously, including handling revisions from project managers. This position will follow established branding guidelines to ensure brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities:
•  Work with marketing department and external vendors to ensure brand design and strategic consistency, including messaging, across all marketing collateral.
•  Collaborate with marketing and product marketing teammates to support our website design and content marketing (blog, social media assets, and more).
•  Help bring new ideas for design and content creation to the team using your expertise and eye for great design.
•  Scope and create templates for our marketing team to be more efficient in some of their posting on social media, the blog, email, landing pages and other channels.
•  Manage other design needs such as presentations, signage, and trade show collateral as needed.
•  Develop creative ideation and execution for motion graphics including interactive design and video assets.
•  Create visual assets for external and internal marketing and communication programs: social media, digital ads, emails, websites, print, outdoor, mobile apps, and direct mail that adheres to brand guidelines and helps grow the brand itself.
•  Collect and organize image collections, including shooting original photographs, that can be used for emails, digital ads, social media and website photography
•  Ability to exercise good judgment when interpreting instructions and making edits or reworking existing designs.
•  Create eye-catching emails and landing pages using HTML templates through the Pardot platform.
•  Manage multiple projects of varying levels of complexity and scope of work, from production design to concepts, and get great work done, on time.
•  Ability to research design and business trends, competitors, have a full understanding of business and marketing goals and can visually translate the objectives and messaging to the target audience, internally and externally.
•  Can work independently as well as collaboratively, able to ask questions and communicate with other departments for more information.

Job Requirements



Minimum Qualifications:
•  3+ years of brand or agency design experience across multiple mediums.
•  Bachelor degree in graphic design from a university or art school.
•  Proficient Adobe Creative Suite Programs: Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere and InDesign.
•  Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
•  Experience with Corel Draw software a plus.
•  Experience with Pardot software a plus.
•  A diverse portfolio of work that demonstrates design thinking and experience across multiple mediums, including digital and print.
•  Attention to detail, while being able to see the big picture.
•  A strong understanding of principles for photography, typography, layout, and color.
