The Program Manager will be responsible for supporting business partners in executing key strategic projects. They will be responsible for carrying out program management best practices and will manage large, complex initiatives. The selected candidate will be working with all functional areas on integration planning, synergy and cost savings analysis, and post-close transformation.  They will facilitate organization design sessions across functions, managing cross functional dependencies, and ensuring consistency and governance across organization design and selection decisions in accordance to US PMO defined processes.  They will also assist in the implementation of strategies related to M&A that focus on programs to achieve desired results. This includes organizational change and impact assessments; driving leadership, stakeholder and employee engagement and delivering effective internal and external communications.  Serve as primary interface between internal teams to resolve issues.  Develops work plans for organization design and change management work streams, understanding dependencies and keeping leadership informed of progress and issues.  This person must have leadership presence and can speak both business and technology.

Key Responsibilities:
• Carry out program management best practices and will manage large, complex initiatives.
• Develop and maintain integration project plans across the organization
• Support implementation of organizational design to enable future-state strategy
• Manage and track the overall transition processes to optimize roles, responsibilities and performance in the future organization.
• Support business partners in executing strategic projects
• Lead in a matrix environment and be responsible for end to end program management across all functional areas
• Identify and escalate project risks and issues
• Articulate complex issues and structure clear and concise written documents, adjusting style and level of details depending on audience
• Ensure necessary business partners are engaged as needed
• Responsible for developing and maintaining E2E project plans
• Understand and carryout cross-functional and functional coordination
• Help to introduce and market new products by developing time-integrated plans with   Sales, Marketing, Operations, Product Management, IT, and other functional areas

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:
• 8+ years program management experience
• 10+ years of related professional experience
• Experience in working large strategic projects
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Proficient in project and process management applications and tools
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Information Systems, or related field.
• Proven track record of managing large scale integration and system projects
Preferred Qualifications:
• PMP certification
• Experience planning and implementing integration projects as the result of M&A activity.
• Skills and demonstrated experience with leading complex projects pertaining to company and system integrations
Professional Skills:
• Ability to manage and interact effectively with a large group of cross-functional stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple projects at one time
• Capable of handling heavy workloads with limited supervision
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to coach business partners on effective project management
• Ability to derive and lead large scale end to end project plans
• Ability to engage with senior-level leaders to drive priority strategic initiatives
• Experience managing multiple complex initiatives within the complete M&A life cycle
• Excellent foundational skills: analytical, written and verbal communication, strong executive presence, facilitation and presentation skills
• Ability to work in fast paced, high profile projects
• Experience with change management in regards to integrating organizations
• Solid problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking abilities.
• Must possess the ability to multi-task, establish priorities and yet be flexible in a somewhat dynamic environment
• Requires 30% to 40%
