JOB SUMMARY

The Brinks Company is looking for a Portal Implementation Manager to oversee the roadmap and implementation activity for the Customer Portal in order to drive Global consistency and work with the different regions and regional leads on the role out of the portal and other customer facing applications to the various countries.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

The Portal Implementation Manager will be responsible for leading the development, testing, implementation, maintenance, and reinforcement of a customer-centric culture with a focus on global consistency. The appropriate methodologies, processes and tools should be identified to implement, manage, and improve the customer experience and support the implementation of the global strategy and related infrastructure, based on industry best practices. This role will be responsible for creating the roadmap and maintaining project deliverables to meet target timelines for the portal, mobile application, and reporting (e.g., prioritization, funding, resources, requirements, research and analyses, status reports, issue logs, meeting notes, action items, process flows, proof of concept test plans, and other documents as necessary). Responsibilities will also include partnering with key customers (regional and global) to stay abreast of the latest thinking in customer experience and best practices and presenting these related solutions to senior leadership.

Job Requirements



SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s Degree with 5 to 8 years of customer portal experience, website design, content management, mobile applications, reporting tools, and organizational leadership.
• Program management experience and ability to positively embrace change and be a change agent;
• Keep abreast of emerging trends and technologies, interface with IT and other internal stakeholders to ensure smooth implementations and monthly releases.
• Serve as an enterprise-wide customer portal resource and knowledge manager.
• Ability to apply creative thinking to map solutions across regions but still meet localization requirements
• Strong influencing and interpersonal skills
• Work closely with regional leads to ensure all customer facing application requirements are prioritized and executed efficiently with the highest positive impact for the customer base
• Experience applying industry best practices, analytical frameworks, process improvement tools, methodologies, and structured problem-solving techniques
• Ability to apply independent thought, connect the dots, and gather insights to solve problems;
• Experience with customer journey-mapping techniques and/or other tools and structured methodologies focused on improving the customer experience
• Understand the support needs of a Sales and Marketing organization
• Success in working effectively across organizational silos to achieve tangible business results
• Experience driving change in a customer-facing business area / the customer experience
• Superior communication (both written and verbal) and organizational skills;
• Thrives in a fast-paced, unstructured environment with changing priorities;
• Other duties as assigned.
