• Lead the definition of a Product Vision and then develop a short term and long term roadmap for the teams to be able to execute
• Define learning agenda and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success/failure
• Regularly and systematically use data to uncover opportunities, track product performance, and drive decision making
• Prioritize, negotiate and remove blockers to orchestrate successful launch or optimization cycle
• Serve as subject matter expert, contributing practitioner, thought leader, career guide and mentor to teams

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in building great products or solutions for customers
• Creative blend of both strategic and tactical thinking- someone who can identify and prioritize opportunities in highly ambiguous contexts, and then organize work areas in deep detail, thus aligning long term vision with iterative execution
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from all levels of management, employees and vendors
• Collaborative, team player attitude with the ability to navigate and influence the organization
• Self-motivated, determined, and able to work under own initiative


• 2 to 3 years of working experience in technology related product management
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, engineering or related field


• 2 to 3 years of working experience in Financial Services
• Experience in strategic planning and execution
• MBA or Master’s degree in Finance, Analytics, Technology
