Job Summary:  The recruiting coordinator is responsible for processing offer letters, pre-employment testing/screening, onboarding documents, new hire files and driver qualification files for non-exempt new hires in field operations.  
Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with all related State and Federal Laws, regulations and policies
• Coordinate offers, pre-employment testing/screening, training and start dates for new hires
• Facilitate and adjudicate background investigations of new hires, including all follow up for missing or incomplete items
• Monitor background vendor activity in process, and work in tandem with vendors to promptly complete applicant background, physical, drug tests, and HPEs
• Ensure new hire’s timely completion of all online onboarding documents and document accordingly in Peoplefluent
• Liaise with the Training Department to finalize start dates for new hires
• Upload all documents into Peoplefluent to complete new hire files
• Upload all documents into RAIR (if applicable), to initiate the driver qualification file
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements



Minimum Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 year working in Human Resources environment
• Minimum of 1 year experience in an office environment
• Minimum of 1 year experience with MS Office and Outlook
Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Previous exposure to OFCCP guidelines
Professional Skills:
• Detail oriented
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong customer focus and customer service skills
• Excellent interpersonal/communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to work with little direct managerial supervision
