Job Summary:  
As a Senior Director Alternative Distribution this role will develop and refine expanded channel strategy for alternate distribution of Brinks services and solutions within the financial and retail market verticals across the US.

Key Responsibilities:
• Executive management of partner relationships with resellers and distributors
• Manage revenue, P&L and gross margin management, organizational structure, process development and execution, build-out of partner programs and incentive packages, forecasting and goal attainment.
• Work closely with Delivery, Lines of Business, Customer Care, Marketing, Sales Management, Sales Operations, Product Management, and Finance.  
• Create and drive towards specified objectives in onboarding new partners and providing the foundation for their success.
• Effectively coordinate internally between operational and executive management teams while integrating third party dealers into the Brinks processes, infrastructure and value propositions to minimize new partner onboarding while maximizing their ability to drive net new revenue.
• Perform other duties as assigned or necessary

Job Requirements



Minimum Qualifications:
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in an alternative distribution role building out and refining alternative distribution channels for fortune 1000 companies.

• Demonstrated experience with defining and documenting standard operating procedures, best-in-class playbooks, from a point of limited maturity
• Strong analytical skills with an ability to perform complex analyses
• Manages changes through influence, capable of driving major decisions across a diverse set of internal stakeholders
• Able to work up, down, and across large organization, connects at all levels, i.e., field, management, executives
• A flexible, dynamic, self-demanding and proactive individual able to motivate themselves and others.
• Ability to accept constructive input from others.
