Job Description

The Global Sourcing Excellence Process Analyst is responsible for supporting the development and deployment of: Supplier Scorecards, Pricing Analytics, Sourcing Toolkits (RFx formats, negotiation analytics, reporting) and maintaining an active assessment of supplier pricing inconsistencies across regions. Additionally, the Global Sourcing Excellence Process Analyst will support preparation for negotiations, supplier Quarterly Business Reviews, and reporting for Compliant Spend and Spend Under Management.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain analytical tools (e.g., pricing and supply chain models) for total cost of ownership (TCO) and price optimization opportunities
- Develop and maintain standard metrics/ dashboard reporting with regard supplier and sourcing performance
- Convert raw data sets into insightful sources of information for reporting
- Present analyses to internal and external audiences at all organizational levels in a user-friendly, intelligent way
- Support RFx processes including data gathering, spend analytics, and supplier research
- Develop and implement forward-looking asset purchase requirements for various global categories e.g. money processing, fleet categories, etc.
- Track both domestic and international commodity market pricing specific to Brink’s raw material exposure
- Develop and maintain supplier tier structure
- Provide assessments of supplier spend to determine where lower sources or usage can improve Brink’s total cost to serve
- Provide analysis to support the implementation and management of a Procurement-Card program to increase spend transparency and lower transaction costs
- Coordinate/ support the implementation of sourcing related projects inclusive of data inputs and validations and project management support

- Critical thinker, with excellent analytic abilities, and superior attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong presentation skills with emphasis on converting analyses into executive-level presentations
- Up to 30%+ travel required

Job Requirements

Qualifications – Education, Experience

- MS/BBA degree in Business and/or Operations/Supply Chain Management
- Working knowledge of sourcing/ procurement, fleet operations, and/or distribution facility operations
- 5+ years relevant experience (in Operations/Supply Chain Management/Strategic Sourcing and Procurement Preferred)
- Foreign languages (Spanish, French, Portuguese) a plus
- MBA or an advanced degree in supply chain or business management a plus
- APICS or CPIM certification a plus
- Expert ability with MS Office applications – particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
- Experience using BI and data visualization tools (Tableau, Cognos etc.) and Alteryx
- Coding experience (e.g., VBA, Python) a plus
- Consulting experience preferred
