Job Summary:  The Supervisor of Recruiting Operations is responsible for overseeing the Recruiting Support and Medical clearance team. They will be the operations lead for the administration of offer letters, pre-employment testing/screenings, onboarding documents, new hire files and driver qualification files for all new hires for Brink’s U.S.  The Recruiting Coordinator Lead will be the point-of-contact for any hiring-related questions for offers, screenings and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the team of individuals who:
• Facilitate offers, backgrounds, medicals and onboarding according to their own assigned region
• Provide operations support to Recruiting Support Team regarding any pre-employment related tasks
• Monitor team metrics and ensure all team SLA’s are satisfactory or above satisfactory
• Follow up with hiring managers and provide timely updates regarding the status of offers, backgrounds, medicals and road test completion
• Monitor team background vendor activity in process, and work in tandem with vendors to promptly complete applicant background, physical, drug tests, and HPEs
• Facilitate and adjudicate background escalations of new hires, including all follow up for missing or incomplete items
• Ensure team compliance with all related State and Federal Laws, regulations and policies
• Ensure team’s timely completion of all online onboarding documents
• Ensure team’s compliance with the uploading of all documents into RAIR (if applicable), to initiate the driver qualification file
• Liaise with the Training Department to finalize start dates for new hires; facilitate any escalations with the Training Department
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Minimum of 4 years working in Human Resources environment
• Minimum of 2 – 3 years managing teams in a high-volume recruiting environment
• Minimum of 2 years in an office environment
• Minimum of 1 year experience with MS Office and Outlook
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Previous experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Demonstrated ability managing a team undergoing constant change
• Continuous Process Improvement mindset
• Ability to understand business values and objectives and apply them towards day-to-day tasks and process improvements
• Previous exposure to OFCCP guidelines

• Demonstrated organizational and time management abilities
• Strong customer focus mindset
• Excellent interpersonal/communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to work with little direct managerial supervision
