Job Summary:  
The T&E/AP Lead is responsible for assisting in managing all aspects of the T&E process through the establishment, administration and enforcement of Company’s policies and procedures.  In addition, this role will be responsible for managing the processes and reporting of the centralized/consolidated vendor invoicing for Brink’s US and other designated entities.  The incumbent will develop and execute goals to manage our T&E solution, assist in invoice processing, overseeing card and account reconciliations, auditing and policy compliance as well as developing reporting benchmarks and performance metrics.    

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage organizational changes and creating an environment for success for the T&E process
• Partner with management and vendors to resolve complex issues related to invoices, national accounts and invoicing processes
• Provide timely feedback, training and coaching to regarding the T&E system, while continually exhibiting Brink’s leadership competencies
• Collect and analyze financial data and prepare accounts payable reports; analyze and maintain account analysis on assigned expense categories
• Coordinate and partner with the Concur support organization to support the T&E expense management system.  
• Perform as Subject Matter expert for ePMO consolidation database and processes
• Offer support to field and HQ personnel for any assistance needed regarding the T&E system and employee expense payments.   
• Ensure compliance with applicable policies and procedures
• Ensure cooperation with other departments especially with AP and Treasury to ensure payments are made properly.  
• Improve card solution reconciliation process and reduce outstanding card balances. Analyze & approve invoices, explain spend trends and variances
• Calculate & prepare monthly expense accruals for month end accrual of significant costs (e.g. fuel, telecommunication, compusafe, etc.)
• Interface with the IT department/Concur service administrator to ensure the on-going development of automation of the T&E process to simplify and streamline the system and process.  
• Knowledge of Concur and credit card solutions and/or other T&E tools.
• Work with employees regarding T&E reports, card reconciliations, expense report processing, payment questions and issues, presenting Brink’s in a professional manner and deploying diplomacy in all situations
• Perform other duties as assigned or necessary

Job Requirements



Minimum Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 years of accounting, AP, and T&E experience
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Minimum of 3 year experience working with auditors and SOX compliance
• Minimum of 2 year associate degree
Preferred Qualifications:
• Able to demonstrate the T&E management skills necessary to support the business
• Experience with large volume AP ERP System
• Able to make sound policy decisions
• Demonstrated ability to train T&E system and processes.  
• Strong reconciliation and accounting background.  
• Demonstrated performance metric experience Knowledge Concur T&E system and reporting tools
• BBA Accounting/Finance/Management
• Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS)
